Personal Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us via:

- Form: Contact Form (choose "Deletion request")
Information to provide
To allow us to identify your account, please indicate:
- Phone number associated with the account (international format, e.g. +2126...)
- Full name
- Profile screenshot (if possible)
- Associated email address (if any)
- For professionals: an identity document (CIN) if necessary for verification
Processing time
We acknowledge receipt within 7 working days and process the request within 30 calendar days. Certain data required for legal obligations or fraud prevention may be kept longer (see below).
What is deleted
- Identifiers and elements making it possible to identify you (phone number, name, profile picture, description).
- Push notification tokens (FCM) and session data.
- Your requests and missions: public data (reviews, aggregated statistics) may be kept in an anonymized form.
- Identity documents (CIN, selfie) may be kept for up to 24 months if required by law or security.
- Technical logs may be kept for up to 12 months for security and audit reasons.
Third-party integrations — useful minimum
For processing shared with third-party providers, the useful minimum particularly concerns:
- ppc.land
- sparkxmark...ingltd.com
- shoutmecrunch.com
If you used Facebook/Meta
If you authorized Sabab via Facebook/Meta, don't forget to also remove the application from your Facebook account (Settings → Apps and websites) to revoke access on Meta's side.
