Sabab.ma is a digital platform connecting individuals ("Clients") and building and home services professionals ("Professionals") in Morocco. The platform is accessible via the website app.sabab.ma, the Android application, and the iOS application.

All elements of the sabab.ma site and the Sabab application — including texts, images, logos, graphics, icons, software, databases, and graphic design — are protected by the provisions of the Moroccan Industrial Property Code and by copyright (Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights).

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, distribution, or exploitation of all or part of these elements is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Sabab.

The brands, logos, and distinctive signs present on the site are the property of Sabab. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement punishable by legal action.

Sabab acts as a technical intermediary and is in no way a party to the contracts or agreements concluded between Clients and Professionals. Sabab declines all responsibility regarding:

  • Disputes or litigation arising between users of the platform.
  • Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or impossibility of using the site.
  • Temporary interruptions of the site for maintenance or updates.
